We came there to try surfing. What I didn’t expect, we faced a different culture, different life style.

.

That’s why I photographed all those bananas, hanging in every little shop, camels and Mercedes taxis. You can not experience this things in my part of Europe. There, in Morocco, I also noticed many men just sitting during the day. Doing nothing, sometimes playing cards, sometimes just observing surroundings. Monday, Tuesday, any day. Nothing to do, nothing to worry about. How is that possible?

.

Some of this shots are not the best quality, but I still post them because of the sentiment to my analog camera. You don’t always get beautiful frames. Sometimes you just screw it up, but there is still something you wanted to show there, maybe they are not completely useless.

.

So I was in Morocco.

.

First part of my photos from this amazing country. I have only seen a little part of it, close to Agadir, Sidifi and Taghazout. What you can find in this pictures is our first destination on our rainy welcome day in Morocco. We had a chance to try regional tajin and strong mint tea, with a huge dose of sugar.

.

All around was clay. Rocks and cliffs, houses, pots, all of it was orange-brown. Wooden elements they paint in intensive blue, what gives a strong contrast with natural color of clay. What I have noticed quickly, there were a lot cats all around, siting in best vantage points around the area.

.

That day we didn’t surfe. It was suppose to be our first try and we wanted to preserve it for some better weather. Instead we made a trip on the beach along the cliffs and found some stunning rock arches not far away form our temporary location. We also met some locals fishing and looking for little snails which where left in the rocks because of the low tide.
